BY VOTING- FOR THE LOANS WEDNESDAY. Electric Light and Power has proved a great factor in advancing New Plymouth. (b) Vog'eltown to Smith Street. (c) Westown to David Street. (d) St. Aubyn to Belt Road. Be progressive! Vote for Good Roads and Good Footpaths on Wednesday. ' WATERWORKS.
