London, May 7The Labor Triple Alliance declined to broaden the constitution to include engineers, postal workers, and others. They consider they can act more effectively as they are now. The Star's Belfast correspondent states that according to an authoritative source the Irish constabulary contemplate o general strike if the Government does not afford the force better protection.
