INGLEWOOD.
(From Our Own Correspondent.) A sale of a 102-acit farm was recently e/leeted on the Norfolk Road at £9O per acre whit, his believed to be a record for the district. It is all the more meritorious inasmuch that it was purchased by a practical fanner of the same road who also recently sold out at a satisfactory figure. The above farm is probably one ot the best farms in the district, and sold by Mr. K. J. Ible, agent, on account of Mr. .15. W. Gibbs to Mr. F. Koch who also purchased the whole of the slock. Mr. Gibbs will reside in TngK wood, having purchased Mr. Robb's residencc.
