GO-SLOW TACTICS.
EMPLOYED ON BRITISH RAILWAYS. By Talejraph—Pres3 Assn.—Copyright Received May 5, 8.20 p.m. London, May 4. Disappointed at the failure of drivers and porters of passenger trains to adopt a "canny system," the extremist section of the rallwaymen in some districts adopted slowing down WQrk. Superintendents are watchful, but are not interfering lest the movement spreads. These tactics take the shape of more careful weighing of goods, instead of the usual rough calculations. Others refuse to work overtime, leaving unloading unfinished. Shunters at Sunderland performed the Dead March round long stationary trains.—Uhited Service.
