ENTERTAINMENTS.

EVERYBODY'S. MABEL NORMAND IN "WHEN DOCTOR'S DISAGREE." The story of "When Doctors' Disagree" ia at least one of the most original ever screened, and as funny as anything that has been thought of. Six acts of whirlwind adventure amid atmosphere of white coats, surgeon's knives, and love, and every bit of it is a bigger scream than the last bit. Of course the star is Mabel Normand, that queen of whimsicalities, and it is her latest and fastest story. The play is genuine farce', of the most amusing character, and the little comedienne's vivacity is to say the least very infectious. This amusing picture shows at both matinee and night sessions to-day. On Monday the popular Constance Talmadgc stars in a new ''Select" feature, "The Experimental Marriage" THE PEOPLE'S. "K" BY MARY R. RINEHART. Of very special interest is the appearance to-day at the People's of Mildred Harris Chaplin and Truex Boardman (Stingaree) in "The Doctor and the Women," by Mary Roberts Rinehart. •Jewel productions gathered in the strands of a worth while screen drama when it secured the rights to Mary Roberts Rinehart's story "K", presented on the screen tinder the title, ''The Doctor and the Woman." The author laid a firm sustaining foundation and under the direction of Lois Weber it has blossomed forth into one of the most entertaining screen dramas seen for some time. The little human touches which have been evinced here and there during its exposition stand out with all prominence, and the subtle convincing manner in which the chief characters have been vitalized by .Mildred Harris, True Boardman, Albert Roscoc, Zelhi Caull, and Carl Miller, is impregnated with an interest compelling force attaining a resistance hard to overcome. The bill includes Gazette and comedy, and the matinee to-day commences at 2 p.m.
