fatai. motor accident. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Ashburton, April 30. hj, i ' Motoring accident occurred on the Wakanui Road, near Ashburton, yeserday. A motor car contained Hav >-mith, stoekdealer, owner and driver of f C if r ' ra "k Campbell, local manager oi the Loan and Mercantile Agency, George Bramley, a returned soldier who had lost a leg in the war. The last named escaped uninjured, but Campbell and Smith were killed, the former outright, and the latter died on admission to the hospital. The car apparently got into a rut and became unmanageable, pinning Campbell and Smith.
