THE KARAMU. The Karamu arrived lu port about noon yesterday, having experienced bad weather on the run up' from Wellington. She has 400 tons of cargo to discharge, including a quantity of benzine, and 13 cases of motor c&ts. She Is expected to leave for Greymouth today. THE LORAIN. The Lorain was unable to continue discharging her benzine and general cargo from New York yesterday morndng on account o rain. The weather cleared, however, anc work proceeded during the afternon, and If no further Interruption occurs she may get awnj for Brisbane to-night. UNION VESSELS. The Union Company adrlsei as follows regarding other steamere coming to this port The Koklrl was detained at Nelson by rain and Is expected to leave at 3 p.m to-day, anc arrlvo here to commence discharge at 8 a.m. on Weidnesday. She commenced loading at Lyttelton and will have 900 tons of generai cargo for this port. The Klnl was scheduled to leave Greymouth for Wellington yesterday and Is due her( about Thursday. Besides coal she will have cargo from Wellington to discharge here.
