The Governors of the Middlesex Hospital have agreed to an amalgamation ol the cancer research department and the Sutton Institute of Pathology with the object of more closely investigating the cancr scourge. The Dean of the medical school dwelt on the terrible character of the scourge, and the importance of concentrating efforts. This would be better realised when it was known that one woman m eight, and one man in eleven died of cancer in England and Wales.—lmperial Service.
