NEW CASES IN CHRISTCIIURCII. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Chrifiteliurch, Last Night. The. District Health Department has been informed that, a few more oases of influenza have occurred at Christ's College, which is partly closed, but nleps are not being taken to close any other scholastic institutions in the citv.

While it is principally the school-, that have come under public notice there are many adults down with mild in 11 iienza in Christchureh. However, the health authorities state no 'pneumonic case has been reported. Probably there are more cases of a mild type than would appear from the figures issued by Hie department, since many patients are lying up at home without calling in medical attention, but according to the Public Health Department there is no cause whatever for alarm.
