Tlie Chancellor, Hcrr Mueller, speaking' ill the National Assembly in Berlin, said the danger of a reactionary movement had not ended by the Kapp fiasco. Baltic troops billeted in the ftastcrn States continued to threaten a Republic, but a repetition of the Kapp coup would be fought with the same vigour as liefore. Herman newspapers oomphiintliat the reactionaries are moulding the Reicliswehr to their Monarchist purposes by eliminating the Republican elements. The officers are still overwhelmingly Royalist.
Socialist newspapers assert that plans for a fresh Monarchial coup are well advanced, and the leading conspirators are meeting at Danzig. These iiewspape l '.-; publish- a manifesto appealing to the workers' organisations to make preparations to counter the.
