THE SITUATION IMPROVING. Bj Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyrljht. Received April 16, fl.ii p.m. Constantinople, April 14. The situation in Western Anatolia is improving. It is reported the Nationalist, Yussuf Izzet Pasha, commander of the 14th Corps, surrendered to the anti-National-ist commander at Anzavsnr. The Nationalist headquarters were transferred froin Angora to Sivas. This is regarded as an indication of tho influence of Mustapha Kemal, the Nationalist leader.—Renter Service.
