Scotland, Lancashire and Cheshire are expected to favor a strike, for which South Wales cast a 49,020 majority. The Times Lobbyist states that the coming Budget increases the wine duties, motor taxes, and recasts the income-tax, adding relief to married people, and solves the problem of the taxation of excess profits.
