ANOTHER GERMAN PLOT. WHOLE COUNTRY INVOLVED. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received April 12, 7.45 p.m. London, April 11. The Berlin newpaper Freihert states General Luttwitz and Colonels BischofT and Franzburg are plotting, another revolution, embracing the whole of Germany. Several regiments, as well as student corps, in various towns are supporting the movement. The Freihert adds the Government is aware of the plot, but does not intervene and does not execute the warrants for the arrest of Luttwitz and Bischoff for participating in the Kapp revolution. —Aus-N.Z.
