Officers elected were: President, Mr. Lee; vice-president, Mr. Sey; secretary, Mr. Chatwin; treasurer, Mr. Bell; auditor, Mr. Lummis; committee, Messrs. Collins, Poison, and Bowden; Parliamentary committee, Messrs. Nicoll, Martin and Gape. .. A DREDGE DAMAGED. " " ' Dunedin, April 8. The Otago Harbor Board's dredge 222 bumped on something hard near the Mole at Otago Heads yesterday and had to be beached on the Spit. She is lying on a sandy bottom. Particulars as to the damage are not available.
