GERMAN MILITARIST.
AGAIN IN THE SADDLE. Borlin, April 4. The militarists are again in the saddle controlling and directing the new Government. General Wotters army is full or reactionaries, acting with high-hand-ed brutality in the occupied districts. The Times, in a leader, says that the Allies cannot possibly submit to a flagrant breach of the most important provisions in the Versailles Treaty, and permit the militarists to reduce it to a 6crap of paper. The Daily Express understands (hat the British Government will decline to co-operate with the French in the occupancy of Frankfurt, Darmstadt, Ilanau and Hamburg. Paris, April 3. The Matin's Mayenee correspondent states that the Reichswehr has evacuaated nuisburjiP. having been ordered to leave the neutral zone. Geneva, April 4. The police are permitting the entry into Switzerland of a number of deposed Royalties, including the Kings of Bavaria, Wurtemburg, and Baden.
