PROTESTANT ALLIANCE. By Telecraph.—Press Association. Dunodin, April 7. The 30th session of the New Zealand Grand Council of the Protestant Alliance Friendly Society of Australasia opened to-day. There were 21 delegate; from all parts of the Dominion. The secretary stated that the total amount to the credit of lodges for 1910 was £l6O .Is, the increase for the year was £406, 44 new members were admitted and 23 had gone out- The total membership of the Lodge of Australasia was 39,000 and the accumulated funds £485,461. Jt was resolved that the headquarters of the society be moved to the South Island and that the headquarters of the great executive be Dunedin. TIMARU DRAUOHTS TOURNEY. Tiinam, Last Night.
