The Irish Times, commenting on the outrages, says the Government is being rudely and swiftly snatched from English hands. Freeman's Journal says that patience and brains are already more than a match for bayonets and barricades and more memorable triumphs arc not likely to be long delayed. PENALTY FOR A CRIMINAL.
