A nasty accident occurred to Mr. P. R. Pepperell, of the Eltham Joinery, last week (reports the Argus). He was engaged with Mr. Vosseler shifting a heavy flywheel at the joinery factory, when it overbalanced and struck Mr. Pepperell's right leg, breaking it at the ankle.
