The weather dpcticd dull and showery this morning, but cleared Inter, and then a bigger crowd than Saturday attended the A.F.C. races. The going was good. The once famous Biplane ran In the Fly~ ing Handicap, hut was never prominent. l'oltrel was favorite for the Cup, Artilleryman going out of favor after Saturday's defeat. Kennnquhnir was always In a handy position. It went to the front at the end of three furlongs and held a commanding lead to the dlsfltnce, when Poltrel, coming with great guns, just failed to reach Kennaquhalr, whoso chances of securing the Cup had been greatly fancied. Bunting was favorite for the Local Handicap, and was prominent to the distance, but failed to stay. Results : PLYING HANDICAP. Warsplte 7.0 1, .Molly's Robo 9.T 2, Itcmmon 7.2 3. Eighteen started. Molly's Kobe made tho pace, but Warsplte challenged at the dlstroce, and won by two lengths. Time, 1.0.1%. CHAMPAGNE STAKES.—Tressadv Queen 9.1 1, Galteo Maid 8.8 2, Erasmus 8.10 3.
