March 31, 'there was a large number of stock yarded, and a good attendance, but. the combined Influence of the heavy southerly gale a few days previously and the Easter holidays so closely following, dulled the edge of enterprise with buyers, so that there was a marked drop In prices for most lines, though some revival was shown in the competition for store cows.
