At a meeting of Ihe Australian and New Zealand authorities it was decided to commemorate Anzae Day by a service 'at St. Clement Danes on April 25 and a re-union of soldiers at Australia House on the 20th. ARMY RANK ABOLISHED. London, March 27. The War Office lias abolished the rank of Brigadier General and substituted the titles of Colonel Commandant and Colonel-on-tiic-StalT. Retired brigadiers will retain the honorary rank.
