The State Department announces it has received advice from Riga that a Soviet courier was captured carrying documents signed by Zinoviev and urging the American Communist Party to overthrow the bourgeoise.

The courier was en route to the United States. Tin: documents stated it was necessary that the American Federation of Labor should bo dissolved, and a Communist Party established in the closest relation with the 1.W.W., and one big union movement.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
