SHIPS AND TRAINS WANTED. By Telegraph.—rress Asia.—Copyright. Received March 30, 5.5 p.m. Cairo, March 29. The Crown Prince of Rumania, en route to Japan, was interviewed. He stated he was turning io Japan for help to rebuild Rumania. He was aware their old and trusted friend, Britain, was unable to help owing to her own war ravages. Rumania particularly needed ships and_ locomotives, which it was hoped to .-yi'tivp in exchange for the corn crop and Nearly all the oil wells had been red, and great supplies are available.
He said the great bulk of Rumanians abhorred the Bolshevik doctrines, despite their proximity to Russia.—United Service.
