EX-KAISER'S INTERNMENT.
6AMOA SUGGESTED. By Telepraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Marcn 27. Among what may be regarded as one of the curiosities of the Samoan trip Is a proposal to intern the ex-Kaiser in Samoa. The author of tint scheme is Mr. H. J. Moors, an American citizen, for many years resident in Apia, but believed to be of German extraction. His idea is that it would relieve evcrvone of trouble if the Kaiser, or Count Hohenzollern, as he calls him, had a portion of his fortune restored with which be should buy out the interest of the New Zealand Government and all others who desired to sell and then lr.! cpuld set up in business in the island, in Upolu for choice, where he would be far enough away and powerless for mischief.
