TN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by section 18 of "The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1.913," and with the consent of the ratepayers of the Wairau-Surrcy Hill Road Special Rating Area in the Taranaki County hereinafter described, testified by a petition ■ signed by not less than three-fourths of the ratepayers of the Special Rating Area, the capital values of whose prn--1 perties as appearing in the valuation j roll of the said County is collectively greater than the. capital values of the 1 properties of the Ratepayers who did not consent, the Taranaki County Council hereby resolves by way of Special Order as follows: For the purpose of forming am., ■ metalling the Wairau and Surrey Hill Roads, the Taranaki County Council hereby authorises the raising of a Loan of £350 at four jm' a-half per centum per annum for .. period of thirty-six years and a half, and declares that the cost of raisin , the said Loan and the first year' , interest on the Loan shall be payable out of the moneys so raised. • SPECIAL RATING AREA.
