PEOPLE FROZEN TO DEATH. SEVERE TRIAL IN CANADA. B.V Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received March 24, 1.15 a.m. Ottawa, March 22. A blizzard, lasting a week, swept Dakota, Minnesota, and Manitoba. It was the worst recorded in the history of the country. Many persons were frozen to death. There were heavy losses in stock. Cattle were frozen while standing in the fields.— Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
