The Spartaeiats declare, their movement is not agaiMt the Armies of Occupation, and requested permission to send wounded via Ruhrert, which they propose shall be reV gttded as a netural zone. A menage from Halle, in Saxony, says the situation is considerably worse. There i» lively fighting between troops and armed workers, and the town is re(ported to be surrounded by workmen. — Reuter Service.
