Smart, E. Douch, I. Sole, P. Iteston, D. Cameron, H. Brookman, Newton King, C. Falrbrother; hon. sec. and treasurer, E. Allan; assistant sec, R. Olliver; hon. auditor, K. Kirk; club captain, Mr. Q. Lov<trt<fee; raansgernent committee, Messrs. C. O. Berg, D. Webster, K. Kirk, G. Hooker, H. Olliver, L. Whltaker, G. Boswell, It. Cocker and junior captain; the senior and Junior selection committee was left to the management committee to appoint; delegates to the Taranaki Rugby Union, Messrs. J. MeLeod and D. Webster. The opening days were flied for April 8 •nd 10. The number of teams wa3 left to the Management Committee. Western Park was selected as the playins ground. It was. decided to support the proposed representation of the roferees on ilie Rugby Un'on. It was decided to adopt an Insurance scheme. Tho subscriptions for playing members'were Hied at 5s for seniors and 2s 6d for Juniors. It was decided to approach the Union to arraffgo a benefit match for Sir. H. J. My«ott. Vote of thanks and an honorarium of £2 ?« was voted to the secretary. The Star Club has decided to pay the accident Insurances on all its members of teams.
