The Hawera Dairy Factory Co., has decided that, during the next season, butter will be made at the main factory, also at Tawhiti and Eraser road brandies, and cheese at Whareroa and Tokaora. It is the intention, if possible, to make rennet-casein from the skim milk at the butter-making factories. If this can be donp the whey from the case* in, as with cheese, will still he for calf or pig feeding.—Star.
