LAND SALE.
SALE 01' RICH DAIRYING AND FATTENING FARMS. The auction sale of Mr. Lachlan T. McLean's Kopane and Cheltenham properties is to take phice at Feilding on Tuesday, 23rd inst., at 2 p.m_ Intending purchasers have, therefore, very little time in which to inspect, and it is wise not to leave the visit to the property until the last day or two. The Kopane property is one of the bestknown blocks in the Maitawatu, and the quality of the land, together with the handy situation will influence buyers in selecting the sections. We understand tlit the reserves have been fixed at a very low level, and the sale affords a great opportunity for the small settler to got in. The terms offered are very rare, in fact they indicate the great faitli the owner has in the country ,he is selling. Buyers from Tarannlci, who have already inspected, have commented favorably upon the many sections being sold. The two farms at Cheltenham are well worth attention, as they are of good quality, and in the centre of a thriving locality, with a great future before it. Further particulars appear on another page. The sale is being conducted by Messrs Murray, Roberts and Co., Ltd., Feilding.
