It is quoted at 1.01 cents (that is, the mark, which should he worth is is worth %d). HIGH COMMISSIONER'S RKPORT. Thtr Department of Agriculture has received the following cablegram, dated March 13, from the High Commissioner for New Zealand, London: — Moat.—No change in price for English meat or imported beef, but from March 15 all imported mutton will be reduced to 9d and lamb will be increased to Is Id per lb wholesale, with corresponding atterotlon in retail price. Hemp.—Manila market weak, and declining eariy this week, but steadier at the close. Present quotations for "J" grade are: Jan-uary-March shipment, £73; April-June shipment, £69. Now Zealand market quiet and steady. Hlghpoints, February-April shipment, sold £6O; on spot quoted at £65; fair on spot £6O; February-April shipment, £SO.
