FIRE IN AUCKLAND.

BISCUIT FACTORY ABLAZE. By Telegraph.—rress Association. Auckland, Last Night. At a late hour to-night a fire broke, out in the premises of Messrs. Mennie and Day, biscuit and confectionery manufacturers, in Albert Street. The fire is still burning, hut it will apparently be confined to the top storey. The damage is principally from water, and it will be extensive. Torrential rain is adding to the firemen's difficulties.
