Bryan has issued a statement strongly opposing the injection of the Treaty into the Presidential election, which, lie declares, should he fought only upon big domestic issues. lie states: <; I refuse to believe any considerable number of Democrats will join the irreconcilable opponents of the Treaty and so prevent ratification.
