DISASTER IN THE BLACK SEA. By Telegraph.— Press Assn—Copyright. Received March 17, 2.40 p.m. Fari3, March 12. The American Rod Cross reports that hope has been abandoned in regard to relief for the transport from Novorassisk to Constantinople with five hundred wounded and typhus cases. There are also refugees on board. It is believed she was caught in a Black Sea hurricane.—Reuter Service.
