Sir Hamar Greenwood, in the House of Commons, said that a delegation from the Russian Co-operative Associations would be allowed to come to England. but Litvinoff, who desires to accompany the delegation, would not be permitted to return to England. Passports have been supplied to a delegation of eleven persons representing the Trade Union Congress and Labor Party, who are going to Russia to spend two months studying economic and political conditions. The delegation includes Messrs. .T. H. Thomas. Webb. Ramsay Mac Donald, and Sitowden, and Mesdame3 MacArtliur and Bonfield Renter.
