Signor Sulandra, who formed a Government in 1911, gave way to his Foreign Minister (Signor Orlando) in 1817, Signor Orlando, with Baron Sonnino as his Foreign Minister, was in power during the last stages of the war, and represented Italy at the Peace Conference. Signor Orlando retired in September last year, when Signor Nitti became Premier, with Signor Scialoja as Minister for Foreign Affairs.]
