Sir. Justice Ferguson granted the aju plication of Mr. W. A. Holmab {Premier of New South Wales) to disclose the name of the writer of an alleged defamatory article which appeared in the Mnrwillumbah "Tweed Daily," published on February 3rd in connection with the evidence before the Wheat Commission regarding the Kensington pony racecourse lease.
