Renown has been unavoidably postponed owing to an outbreak of influenza on the shb, which is strictly quarantined. It is hoped no fresh cases will occur.

The Prince of Wales intends to sail at the earliest possible moment. The whole of his engagements of the tour have been postponed a week, but there will be no further postponement unless it is absolutely necessitated by a continuance of the epidemic. The actual date of saiKng will be notified as soon as the ship is declared free from quarantine.—lmperial Service.
