RESTORING EUROPE.
RAW MATERIALS WANTED. SOURCE OF THE INDEMNITY. By relesraDlp.—Press Assn —Copyright. Received March 9, "5.5 p.m. London, March 4. In an interivew prior to his departure from London for Italy, Signor Nitti (Premier of Italy) urged the necessity of restoring European credit and confidence by obliterating the war spirit. The energies of Europe would not be revived unless the victors and the vanquished realised that they have a common task to accomplish. The vanquished could not pay the indemnity unless productivity was restored by the allocation of raw materials.—Renter Service.
