THE STRATFORD ELECTION.

PETITION OF MR. J. B. HINE. The petition of Mr. J. B. Hine, formerly Minister of Internal Affairs, who was defeated for the Stratford Beat at the general elections, to have the election set aside, will be heard at Stratford on Monday. The petition will be taken by the Chief Justice (Sir Robert Stout) and Mr. Justice Chapman, who are expected to arrive in Stratford on Saturday night.
