FASHIONS GOING MAD.
AMAZING PARIS DESIGNS. London, Feb. 10. The correspondent of the Times at Paris confirms the possibility of a revival of the crinoline, which'will be included in the spring dress parades of leading fashion houses, with other amazing and eccentric garments, such as Turkish trousered evening gowns and gowns of Chinese lacquer design. The majority of evening gowns, however, will be distinctly Greek in line and drapery. (Skirts will be shorter and tighter than ever.
