FRENCH COAL SHORTAGE.
,■ HELP FROM EELGIUM. London, Feb. 10. Renter's, correspondent states that Belgium has undertaken to place at France's disposal all her available coal, and also to appeal to her miners to intensify their production. The correspondent of the Times at Paris states that owing to the shortage of coal in the city, the streets are almost without light. Household lighting has been drastically reduced, and the city is blacker than during the blackest days of 191S-
