PALMER & GRAY (Waverley) have received instructions from the Trustees of the Lupton's Estate, to sell by public auction as above:— 1100 ACRES of fir3t ' class drying land, which is cut up and sub-divided into sixteen farms, ranging from 20 to 100 acres; also Town Sections fronting the property. The whole has three road frontages, is very suitable for close settlement and is well watered by running streams and windmills. It is well situated, as it adjoins the township of Waverley, and Waverley railway station, and the Waverley dairy factory.
