ANTWERP WOOL SALES. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.- Copyright. London, Feb. 28. At the Antwerp wool sales 12,000 b«ales of. Australian and New Zealand wool were of-1 fered and sold. Thero was a fine selection, of choice merinos and buyers were numerous | and bidding animated. I Turpentine 210s. J LONDON WOOL SALES. D.ilgety and Co., Ltd., Wellington, havu re-! ceived a cablegram from their London office, under dato of 27th February, reading as fol-, lows: "Wool sales closed very firm for wools of fine quality—for coarse wools prices are irregular. Home trade, American and French! buyers axe buying freely. As compared with last sale's closing rates, best greasy merino combing wools are from 5 to 10 per cent, higher; greasy merino wools of other descriptions par Co 5 per cent, higher; scoured merino combing par to 5 per cent, higher; short faulty scoured wools unchanged; fine crossbred wools unchanged; medium crossbred wools par to 5 per cent lower; coarse crossbred wools neglected, and sllpe crossbred wools «y 2 per cent lower."
