PHARGE OP BREAKING AND ENTERING. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. A!rV "lorn, a native of Rinsia, was i-aarged before Mr. Riddell, S.M., to-day, with breaking and entering the premises of the Colonial Carrying Company, and \vi|ji stealing two pairs of boots, tlic property of Chss. ITarcourt Turner, and an automatic revolver and a quantity of cigars and cigarettes valued at £10," belonging to Frank E. Ward. When the burglary was discovered the police found finger prints on a steel trunk which had been broken open. The prints Were compared with the impressions made by Abern after his arrest bv Plain-Clothes Constable Trieklebank anil were found to bear unmistakable similarity on no less tlmn fourteen characteristic poinU The accused was committed for trial at the Supreme Court, to-day.
