HAWICK'S BAY REQUIREMENTS.' By Telegrapli.-.-Press Association. Napier, Last Night, fcapier merchants were advised to-day that fifty per cent. ;of the Waihemo's cargo of 40,000 cases of benzine was to be diverted to Auckland. An urgent meeting of the Chamber of Commerce passed a motion strongly protesting afiainst this action of the Board of Trade, and appealing io the Prime Minister for justice to thp district. It was pointed out that Hawfce's Bay would be in a very bad way if the order was carried out-
