Protests, accompanied by a fee of ss, must be in the hands of the Secretary within ten minutes of the finish of the event, the deposit to be forfeited if the protest be not upheld. Three to start, or no race; four, or no second prize. Competitors in events S. 6, and 11 must have blocks ready when' called upon; no exception will be made.
