OUTBREAK ON THE WEST COAST. By Telegraph,~-Press Association. Christchurch, Last Night. Telegraphic advice was received by the District Health Department this afternoon as to an additional numbe:- of influenza cases at Ruuanga, all of which are reported as mild. The local school, picture show, and library have been closed, and travelling has been prevented except where essential. The Railway Djpartment is operating with the Public Health Department in connection with travelling restrictions. A telegram received by the Department thi3 afternoon also notified 41) mild cases at Miller,ton during the week-end.
