NEW ZEALAND MUTTON REFUSED. By Telegraph.—Press Assn - Copyright. London, Feb. 23. The Imperial Government proposed to r.ell New Zealand mutton to America, but the Americans declined to operate at the prices asked and because the carcases were telescoped.
