The Ministerial members of the committee had been previously appointed, and consist of the chairman of districts, and a Minister representing each district. The first reading of stations will be taken on Monday. Several applications for admission to the Ministry, and some resignations, were referred to a special committee. The conference then resolved itself into various committees to prepare for the work of the conference.
